The room we had was incredibly clean and had a stunning view of the sunrise over the ocean. The service was friendly and fast Ganador well - room service typically arrived within 30 minutes (and tasted great!), we didn't wait too long for drinks, check in and out went smoothly. We had good experiences at the Spa as well. The resort is HUGE so be prepared for a lot of walking or taking the trolley. Get to know the map and you'll find little short cuts. We weren't there long enough to experience everything, and it was a work based trip so dinners were planned so unfortunately I Gozque't comment too much on the food.
